- You purchase the cheques from Sodexo and pay 9€ per cheque for the first 400 cheques, 10€ for the next 100 cheques.
- You can recuperate 30% per cheque via your tax declaration (max.156 cheques per person). You receive an annual fiscal attestation from Sodexo. The actual cost per hour worked is therefore only 6,30€.
- We charge a fixed fee of 6,50€ per month as an administrative fee. This amount is automatically collected via direct debit.
Terms and conditions Link2Europe:
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of the customer’s own terms. There can only be waived in writing.
The customer expressly acknowledges to have read these terms and conditions and to accept them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply only if the customer is a natural or a legal person who exclusively for non-professional purposes acquires the services of Link2Europe
The services are provided as defined in the agreement concluded between the customer and the company Link2Europe.
The invoices that Link2Europe gears up for its customers, as defined in the agreement are to be paid in cash. At total or partial non-payment of the sum to be paid on the due date is legally and without proof of default to pay the total price increased by 10% interest per year and a compensation of 10% with a minimum of 30 euros. At further non-payment the invoice will be further followed up by a collection agency that will take the necessary steps to collect the invoice. The costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
When the customer fails to fulfill his contractual obligations, we reserve the right, after formal notice, either to suspend our obligations, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention if not on the notice of default or no useful result is given within eight working days, without prejudice to the right to compensation.
The parties recognize that the nullity of one of the clauses of the agreement, does not imply automatically the nullity of the whole agreement. In this case both parties undertake to replace the invalid clause parties by a legal clause that resembles as close as possible to the original intention of the parties.
All our agreements are governed by the Court of Mechelen to the Belgian law.
